Yoo Hoo ! This is my 100th entry :) Technology plays a vital role in our everyday life.. I didn't realise it until recently.. Today, workplace's computer server was down :( We can't have access to our email account and internet.. Was a bit sian when i realised tat :( It took them ard 2 hours plus to restore the computer server.. During tat time , went to do other stuff like shred papers .. At tat moment , i realised tat without internet connection , we can't do a lot of stuff ! Usually at office, i will use msn web messenger to chat with friends .. I also use my co's email to send emails to Stacy..Sometimes, i went to peek into my fb account .. All these need internet connection.. I wonder how my life will be like w/o internet.. Yikes! No fb, no blog, no dramas etc etc.. :O Hmmm.. Which of the following u can't live w/o ? Internet? Hp? Mp3? Or telly? Hmmm .. My 1st choice will be internet followed by Mp3 ('cos my Mp3 got radio too ) and then hp.. As for telly .. i won't miss it so much unless there is a nice HK drama..Hee~
Read this article in My Paper today.. Tot it's rather interesting and meaningful.. I will type some parts of it.. To those who are down , hope this will encourage u ! :)
Treat your troubles as stepping stone
A farmer's donkey fell into a well. The animal cried while the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided that the animal was too old and the well needed to be covered up anyway. He asked his neighbours to help him shovel dirt into the well.Upon realising what was happening , the donkey wailed horribly. Then,to everyone's surprise, it quietened down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer looked into the well amd was antonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit its back, the donkey would shake it off and take a step up.This continued as more and more dirt was shovelled into the well. Finally , to everyone's amazement, the donkey stepped over the edge of the well and trotted off happily.
Life is going to shovel all kinds of dirt on you and me. Each of our troubles represents a stepping stone. The trick to getting out of a deep hole is to look on the positive side of things, never give up and take a step up! Happy Climbing !
