Tea-Movie-Dinner Session
On tues , went to catch 'The Dark Knight ' with SY , Chewy and GK .. Come to think abt it , it was the 1st time went to movies with them .. Had tea before the movie start .. The movie was good .. However , there were some bits which were draggy .. The Joker was really really creepy .. Whenever he appeared , my hair stand.. There was one part which was er xin and creepy when he told batman 'you complete me ' Yikes !!!! Tat was exactly wat Tom Cruise said in one of his movies .. I must say tat the late Heath Ledger ( the Brokeback mountain guy ) had acted well .. It is rather sad tat he got depressed and committed suicide :'( Hollywood has lost a talent.. After the movie , went to have dinner at Thai Express ..
Perfect Cut
As usual , watched this drama series last nite.. Tmr nite is the last epi !! So fast !! Last nite's epi was touching and sad .. I felt sad for Xiao Li .. She is a fat but happy-go-lucky gal .. Ever since she got together with Sky , she started to feel stress 'cos his ex-gf were diff from her .. Many called her hippo, fatso or fatty .. Those pple were so cruel to hurt her feelings .. There was one skinny gal who wore the SAME dress as Xiao Li .. Tat skinny gal told her bf to leave the cafe and said ' tat fatty is wearing the same dress as me .. It's so er xin .. ' I can imagine she must have felt sad even though she said tat she was ok .. Guess some pple are just being superficial .. They never place themselves in her shoes ..
Ultimate Aunty
Met Janani to head to Little India to do threading for my eyebrows .. This is my 3rd time doing it .. It is a bit painful but ok la .. The lazy me dunno how to pluck eyebrows .. We walked from Little India to Bugis .. Woah !! There was taiwan food fair at bugis junction .. Didn't buy food there .. We went to 2nd floor and looked down at the food fair .. Heehee .. It was fun !! Looking at pple buying food etc .. The best seller is the fried chicken cutlet , ma-la toufu , meat ball soup..
Soon , our attention was drawn to aunty who was selling muffins.. Tat aunty was the ultimate most gross and unhygienic chef !!! She used her fingers to remove excess batter .. She used tissue to wipe her nose and put the tissue into her pocket !! Yikkes!! She used her hands (without gloves) to take the muffins for her customers without washing her hands .. There is more to come .. She removed the baking tray from the oven ..Her baking tray looked dirty .. Some crumbs or raisin or nuts fell onto the tray .. She PICKED those crumbs or watever and eat them !!!!! *faint* Then she threw tat used tissue .. She picked up new tissue (toilet paper) and wiped her nose .. She placed tat tissue into her pocket again .. She should washed her hands !! I dunno wat to say .. I will not buy muffins at random stores .. Her store name is SLL II muffins .. Having enough of tat aunty , we went to have a drink at food court .. Though i'm not a fussy eater , food hygiene is very impt !
