Been thinking about stuff... Hmm.. Frist : Love .. Love is such a strange thing .. Think it's hard to explain it at times.. I admit i'm not a love guru .. Though i may say that i can a modern gal living in the modern world , being independent and stuff like that .. Oh well.. in the tiny corner of my heart , i do yearn for someone who loves me for who i am .. Yep, still on a lookout for Mr Right.. Atm , gotta focus on my studies .. Read in the papers that the divorce rates in Singapore are rising esp among the young couples.. Are the generation X becoming more about 'me' than caring about 'we' or even others? Marriage is a one serious commitment .. Is really a tombstone for love ? I know that it takes a lot of effort to keep a marriage going on.. Atm, marriage is far far away from my mind.. Bringing up kids is not easy too ..
Second : Appearance .. Is appearance really that important ? Love at frist sight ? I think that's crap .. But then again .. Guess .. love at frist sight happens to those people who are attractive and they are attracted to attractive people .. Last night , watched a beauty contest .. There was a question thrown at the contestant : If u have a choice , will u choose to be a beauty without brains or a brainy person who is ugly ? She chose " beauty without brains " Hmm.. I will choose Brainy person who is ugly.. Oh well .. guess that's individual's perceptions .. The above are my own opinions.. No offence to anyone :)
